The CRM Best Practice Award is granted by the industry magazine acquisa -- the magazine for Marketing and Sales by Haufe Fachmedia publishing company GmbH & Co. KG, Würzburg, and asfc gmbh, Fürth, the presenter of the CRM-expo -- the leading European trade fair for customer relationship management.


Objective

Successful customer relationship management, from the acquisition of new customers to the securing of regular customers, is today one of the focuses of every business. It has become a proven management strategy.  In accordance with this, the CRM Best Practice Award is about more than just the selection and introduction of a piece of software.  The attention lies on focusing and shifting the entire business and its processes towards better serving the customers.

The Award was brought to life in order to increase the awareness of successful customer relationship management and its effects on employees, processes, and organizations.  Businesses should be enthusiastic about even further incorporating the concept of customer relationship management.

The handing out of the award will again be fully detailed and explained in the media coverage of the fair.  Additionally, the finalists and their presentation materials will appear on the CRM-expo homepage and will be mentioned in the fair newsletter.
