CRM on Demand

There are not so many new trends anymore, but there are always some good surprises.  At the CRM-expo, CRM on demand was and always is about the topic of mixing the small supplier with new solutions that suit their market.  So what is it about?  CRM on demand describes a customer relationship management system, which is enabled through the internet.  People talk about the hosted CRM in comparison to traditional in-house CRM.  There are no costs for hardware and software.  The CRM system is operated in a data processing center and provided through the internet.  The company can access the software online with a fixed price per supplier and month.  These solutions require few capital resources and enable a high return on investment (ROI).  They are ready for immediate use: new users need only to be activated and the company’s internal installation can be dispensed with.
